Boeuf Bourguignon It is cold outside and with the heater on at home. Just saw the movie " Julie & Julia " and after that went on google the receipt for Boeuf Bourguignon and wondering I am gonna try that one day , even though I don't cook, I mean, I never cook. It is like the seafood pancake I had with my friends in a Korea BBQ restaurant and I totally obsessed with it, words came out of my month without thinking" I am gonna try to make that one day !" which I never did after, instead my friend showed up in my house one day with the ingredients for the Korean seafood pancake and he made a masterpiece of it ! It has been crazy night as it is Valentine's day ..all the couples seemed in love so much and willing to pay the big

For me , it was just another busy night even with my tears, but when i came home to all these amazing surprises ,
I think I have everything and there is no more i can ask for....xxx B-day7th Feb is Chinese new year but also is my boyfriend's birthday.
For the surprises celebration I planned a week ahead.... I oreded the cake a week ago and make sure that my bf won't find out about that. At that night , after we had long class at school , we came to the big big Traditional dinner with our co-workers and friends. Right in the middle of fun party , I lighted the cake and put it out towards to Steve with friends singing "Happy Birthday" song accompanyed me . yayayaya, he is really surprised and even asked " whose birthday is it ?" hehehehehe, it has been a fun night and hope we keep the surprises running....Love xxx

It has been so busy last few days cos of school and work ..
but i really enjoy having this super happy power and channel it towards to greater good !  God bless usA week ago , if not talked to Shanshan on MSN i would not have known about the heavy snow happening in China.
Since then I kept checking on the internet news about the snow disaster in China , and most of them indeed tore my heart apart, like the one train attendants ate customers leftover food in order to ensure there were enough food supplies for customers first. That was really touched but more people are needed to help with that.
Actually there is same thing happening in US here , giant snow storm is pounding northeast US.Heavy, wet snow made for treacherous roads and delayed commutes , as a huge winter storm that stretched from Texas to the Great Lakes blanketed the nation's midsection. People are warned to be at home , heavy snow caused several car accidents already and many airports and roads are forced to close.Officials in northern Idaho declared a state of emergency as roofs collapsed, roads became impassable and senior citizens were stranded because of the repeated snowstorms.
OMG , is it new ice age or what ? the weather around the world is as terriable as it could be !
Global warming ? Punished what we had done to the environment last decade ?

I knowI know here in US there are two things i told people about me and then they got unbelievable
1. I can't drive , i know , i am 22
2. I fear of dogs... i am a weirdo. funny stuffTonight after my last class finished, my cell ran out of battery so i went for the paid phone to call my honey,
he didn't pick up the phone , and he of course does not recongize that number.
But he called back , called back to the public paid phone , everyone in the hall can hear the phone was ringing,
I ran over to pick up the phone because I guessed it might be him,
then we started from " hello ?"
Then we spent five minutes trying to figure out who was that over the phone , we were speaking to each other in English so
we couldn't recognise each other's voices so we talked like strangers.
afterwads we thought that was so funny. en...after I wrote down , not funny anymore .... Recently watchedFrom the following movies I recently watched I certainly learned something !
<Ratatouille> Anyone can cook ! ....en...en... by looking at myself I seriously doubt about that.
<The game plan> Don't call people "stupid" because "stupid" is a really mean word. .....this one is great !
Also, think of it sometimes what is the best thing that ever happened to you and you start appreciate everything in your life.
